The shop has been busy and sometimes that takes time away from other things like running a website. With me (shop owner Steve here) running the shop, tattooing, running social media pages AND diving into the website from time to time it can be a bit overwhelming at times. Add a family to that equation and it can be tough. I know I know excuses. I’ll do better.
Anyways enough of that. On to the new 2026 campaign . We have dove head first into 2026 and it’s been a good year thus far. Clients old and new have kept us busy and we truly are appreciative of every one of you. We are fast approaching year 8 of being open and it’s been a great time! We’ve never celebrated any year that we’ve been open but we’ve got ideas for out 10 year …but let’s not jinx it ! We are just grateful to be here and the fact that you great people allow us to do artwork on you is just super humbling and an honor. Thank you.
We just got through the first Friday the 13th event of the year and it was a success! That means a lot to us considering there were so many options here in Kansas City and many of you chose us and our custom designs! Originally slated to open at 11am, we ended up getting people in the door at 9am and started our machines buzzing at 9:30am. The last client was out the door a little after 11pm . We had a blast !
We are having another Friday the 13th event for March 13th! This time we will have 2 guest artists to help get even more people in ! Plus it’ll add even more custom designs to choose from which is even more exciting. So mark your calendars or head over to our Facebook page Golden Stag Tattoo and check the event section for our event . Also check our Instagram page Golden Stag Tattoo and Facebook for updates of flash designs the week of as they are finished. Designs will be $50-$150! Lets Go!
So that’ll be the main excitement for March! We DO take walk ins daily as well as appointments (feel free to book with an artist via the artist page here on the website) . Saturdays have also been set aside as a Walk in specific day so if you’re looking to score a walk in that’s a great day to do so.
